Delete Your Delta Rank Account

You can delete your Delta Rank account and learning data from inside the Android app or request deletion by email.

Delete In The App

Open Delta Rank on Android.
Go to Profile.
Open Data & AI Safety.
Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Request Deletion By Email

Email contact@coheronlab.com with the subject "Delta Rank account deletion request". Include the email address or phone number used to sign in, if any. We may ask for confirmation to protect the account owner.

What Is Deleted

Firebase account profile for Delta Rank.
Saved Rank Cards, notebook data, practice attempts, scan usage state, AI reports, and uploaded question images.
Server-owned billing entitlement state stored by Delta Rank.

Google Play subscriptions are managed separately. Deleting your Delta Rank account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage subscriptions from Google Play.

What May Be Retained

Google Play purchase records, payment records, security logs, and legal records may be retained by Google, RevenueCat, or Coheron Lab as required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, and compliance purposes.
